For one year, you work directly with That Girl K to strengthen your brand, sharpen your offers, plan your marketing, and make more intentional business decisions. We work through your actual challenges, from pricing and positioning to campaigns, launches, and turning attention into inquiries and sales. Penthouse Access includes: - Private quarterly strategy sessions - Monthly Penthouse business calls - Private group chat access - Priority booking with That Girl K - Exclusive campaigns - Penthouse-only Content Days - Priority referrals + business introductions - Exclusive collaborations + visibility opportunities - Private masterclasses + guest experts - Preferred pricing on select TGK services - First access to events, offers + experiences - Annual brand + marketing review Mentorship covers one business and requires a 12-month commitment. Design, content creation, posting, website work, and campaign management are not included.
Cancellation Policy
THAT GIRL K TERMS OF SERVICE & CLIENT AGREEMENT Effective Date: September 19, 2026 Welcome to That Girl K. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, submitting payment, or agreeing to these Terms of Service, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms. These terms apply to all consultations, branding, marketing, campaign development, creative services, virtual photo shoots, promotional packages, and other services provided by That Girl K. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW. 1. PAYMENT & NO-REFUND POLICY All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or according to an explicitly agreed payment arrangement. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. That Girl K does not offer refunds for: * Changes of mind after purchasing. * Failure to attend a scheduled appointment. * Failure to provide requested information or materials. * Personal or business scheduling conflicts. * Failure to implement recommendations. * Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preferences or expectations outside the agreed scope. * Deciding not to proceed with a business, campaign, or marketing initiative. * Purchasing the wrong service without obtaining approval to transfer the booking. Once a service has been purchased, the payment reserves time, creative capacity, or project availability. Unused appointments and services are not redeemable for cash. No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law. Nothing in this agreement limits a client’s nonwaivable legal rights. If That Girl K cannot provide a purchased service, the parties may agree to an alternative appointment or service. If the service cannot be fulfilled, any legally required refund will be provided. 2. BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS All appointments must be booked through the designated scheduling system unless otherwise arranged directly with That Girl K. Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service, providing accurate contact information, and attending at the confirmed appointment time. Appointment times displayed during booking are reserved consultation or intake periods. They do not necessarily represent the total time required to complete creative deliverables. Booking a 30-minute appointment does not mean a complete rebrand, campaign, graphic package, or virtual photo shoot will be delivered within 30 minutes.
